Meet Brad
A hardworking Texan, not a career politician
Brad Graves is a dedicated law enforcement professional currently serving as Chief Deputy for Parker County Constable, Precinct 3. He manages the precinct’s day-to-day operations, making sure civil process is served efficiently, environmental laws are enforced, and our Justice Courts stay secure and orderly.
Beyond his official duties, Brad is committed to the law enforcement brotherhood and serves as a Road Captain for the Gunfighters Motorcycle Club. Off duty, you’ll find him out in the Parker County countryside with his dog.

Constables are elected, licensed Texas peace officers who serve the Justice of the Peace courts in their precinct.
Serve civil process
Deliver citations, subpoenas and other court papers to the people named in them.
Secure the courts
Act as bailiff for Justice of the Peace courts and keep proceedings safe.
Carry out court orders
Execute warrants, writs and judgments issued by the courts.
Enforce the law
Patrol, respond to calls and enforce state laws, including environmental laws.
